  • We begin with our initial consultation. Book an  appointment in our design showroom at 30 Canonmills, and allow us to get to know you a little.

    Relax in the surroundings of our award-winning showroom, enjoy a beverage, and help us discover your wants, needs and aspirations…How can we make this space work for you?

  • We attend your home on a date of your choosing to assess the scope of works.

    At this stage, we will identify and plan ahead to address any foreseeable issues, ensuring there are no surprises when installation begins.

    We will always advise of potential additional works, so you can rest assured that we are being as thorough - and transparent - as possible.

  • When your Home Survey is completed, we begin design!

    We work closely with our clients to ensure your ultimate dream space is created to your exacting requirements.

    Once final concepts have been completed, we invite you back to our showroom to view samples, visually stunning 3d renderings, and experience the space in our 4D virtual reality theatre.

  • We create all of our interiors from a solid foundation, allowing us to spot any issues and configure the space to your exact requirements.

  • We pride ourselves in nurturing the very best tradespeople - a Napier renovation requires a great eye for detail. Fit and finish are of a high priority, allowing your design to shine.

  • We aim to complete most standard installations within two weeks. We advise to secure a three-week window for more intricate, Private Wellness installations.

     

  • Every renovation we complete allows a snagging period. What’s snagging? It’s simple. A Napier team member will attend your home once installation is complete, spot any adjustments or alterations that may be required, and arrange for an               installation team member to attend the property.

  • The relationship with Napier does not end when the installation is complete! Aftercare is important to us. The Napier 12 Month Guarantee means we have got you covered should you need any help or solution withing the first year, and we are always happy to lend an ear and advise our clients should they have any queries in the future!
